United States Air Force | JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, TX Service Lead / Senior Instructor, BMET Training Program                                      2022 – Present 

  • Served as the Air Force’s Service Lead for the DoD’s distinguished Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) Training Program at the Medical Education and Training Campus. 
  • Led and developed  82 Technical Training Instructors, overseeing the foundational education and certification of 400 technicians annually from across the Total Force and allied nations. 
  • Acted as the direct liaison to the Defense Health Agency (DHA), 2nd Air Force, and the Career Field Manager, ensuring alignment with strategic operational goals. 
  • Maintained the program's status as the industry “exemplar,” directly contributing to the graduation of nearly half of all BMETs worldwide.

  • Directed the Healthcare Technology Management section for the 316th Medical Support Squadron, ensuring the operational readiness and safety of complex medical devices and systems.

  • Led facility management operations for the 374th Medical Support Squadron, overseeing the maintenance and infrastructure of a major overseas military medical facility.
